Presented by Dr Chris Bailey, The University of Nottingham

The topic for this presentation is an NIHR-funded programme development study to identify a model of support for family carers in palliative and end-of-life care.  It will focus on the process of developing the model and on early findings from focus group data and other types of evidence that have contributed to the development process.

The talk is free of charge and includes a light refreshments at 12.30pm with the talk commencing at 1pm.
