Dr Rebecca Fisher has been awarded the Stroke Association HRH The Princess Margaret Senior Lectureship Award. This prestigious funding supports Rebecca’s career progression in the Division of Rehabilitation and Ageing, focused on stroke rehabilitation implementation research. The awarding panel remarked that Rebecca was “a strong candidate with an authentic, enthusiastic and nurturing personality who demonstrated great skills and attributes for a research leader”. Rebecca looks forward to taking up her Associate Professor post in September 2016.
