Booking rooms and catering
Rooms
If you wish to book a room, it is recommended that you first read the user guide.
You then need to log into the online Room Booking System using your University username and password. Select the relevant date, time and building that you require (and specific equipment if necessary) and click on ‘Next’. This will produce a list of available rooms based upon the criteria you have selected. After selecting your preferred room you will need to complete details such as your name, extension number and event description. Your request will be submitted to the Timetabling Office immediately and as soon as this is scheduled onto the system, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If there are any problems with your booking they will contact you accordingly.
Nottingham University Hospital (NUH) staff should book rooms through a separate system.
If you experience any problems with the system, please send your request by email.

The University works with several catering suppliers. To book catering for a meeting or event, contact the supplier relevant to your location, i.e. if your event is on Jubilee campus, contact Nottingham Hospitality.
