Mission Statement
Cardiovascular Medicine is one of the divisions of the School of Clinical Sciences. Staff members endeavour to contribute to the School’s aim of providing "internationally competitive biomedical research and teaching", and by providing areas of strength that will contribute to the Schools "new translational medicine priorities". Our position at the interface between the University and the NHS places us in a unique position to contribute successfully to these aims and priorities. In this regard, all members of the Division will contribute according to their individual talents and expertise.
