Open Days

Choosing where to study for the next few years of your life is a difficult decision. By coming to an open day you can see for yourself why Nottingham could be the place for you. You can tour our award-winning campuses, meet staff and current students, find out about the courses you are interested in and see what support is on offer.

You can attend a series of talks about all aspects of being a student, including accommodation, applying, finances, and study abroad opportunities – all the issues that can be difficult to get to grips with just from reading a pamphlet. There will be staff and students around to answer any questions and you can bring your parents or a friend along to grill them too, another perspective can be a valuable thing.

Undergraduate open days

If you are interested in finding out more about studying within the Faculty of Social Sciences the University holds two open days on a Friday and Saturday in June and September with the opportunity to talk to staff and students. See University Open Days for details and to book a place.

University mini open days
