The University Park Gym offers a number of different additional services.
We offer a wide number of services including a free induction on all the gym equipment and development of bespoke fitness programmes just for you.
We also offer external gym memberships to people who don't have an affiliation to the Unviersity.
The Gym also has a sauna in both the male and female changing rooms, which are free for members to use during opening hours.
As members you can work with one of our qualified staff, who can develop your very own personal fitness programme for you. After 6 weeks of using the programme you will be entitled to review the programme with your fitness adviser. This will all come at the bargain price of £10.
We also offer external gym memberships to people who don't have any affiliation to the University.
This membership entitles you to use of all the University Park Gym facilities as well as the great programme of classes that we run.
