Get Involved
Sport for All
Whether you are a competitive athlete, a fitness enthusiast or a casual swimmer, we have the sporting infrastructure which will provide you with all that you need to train and take part.
Nottingham is well known for its sporting success and consistently finishes within the top 10 in the British Universities and Colleges Sports League. We are immensely proud of the sporting achievements of our students, many of whom have gone on to become top sports men and women or a regional, national and international stage.
We are also one of the only Universities in the country to employ a Disability Sport Officer, who has the responsibility of developing sporting opportunities for disabled students at the University.
There are many opportunities for you to get involved in sport at any level at the University. Whatever your aim - be it fitness, fun or representative sport at the highest level - we hope that you will take part, get involved and be happy and healthy during your time at Nottingham and beyond.
