Description: The University of Nottingham Touch Rugby Club have completed the first season of competition since being formed last summer, landing a top five finish against competitors from across the country in the UTC (University Touch Competition) for 2023/24. The season culminated in the final round of the competition being played at the University of Nottingham's Riverside Sports Complex, with the side playing 6 fixtures on Saturday 23rd March.

Description: The University of Nottingham is delighted to have hosted the 2024 Hockey Masters World Indoor Cup, in association with Indoor Hockey UK. The championships would be the largest Indoor World Cup to date with over 80 teams taking part, and also the very first international championships to take place at our David Ross Sports Village on the University Park campus.

Description: The University of Nottingham was represented at the 2024 BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Individual Tennis Championship with a number of students competing at Loughborough University towards the end of March. Out of those players, Nottingham sport scholar Rebeka Stolmar made her way through the pack without dropping a set to take home the 2024 women's singles title.

Description: Earlier this month, University of Nottingham Trampolining Club took a small team of down to Warwick to compete at the 2024 BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Trampoline and DMT Championships. The club delivered fantastic efforts and were rewarded with plenty of high placing finishes.

Description: The start of March saw our cycling athletes take to the track at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales in Newport to compete at the 2024 BUCS Track Cycling Championships. The University of Nottingham Cycling Club headed to the event hoping to make their mark across the weekend of competition.

Description: University of Nottingham were shortlisted for several awards at the 2024 Movember Awards, hosted on Thursday 22nd July at EartH (Evolutionary Arts Hackney). Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide.
