Welcome

Welcome to  the University of Nottingham’s Wolfson Centre for Stem Cells, Tissue Engineering and Modelling (STEM).

With generous support from the University, the UK Government Science Research Investment Fund and the Wolfson Foundation, our core groups of stem cell biologists, tissue engineers and mathematical modellers are integrated into purpose built facilities designed to promote state of the art multidisciplinary research in stem cell research and regenerative medicine.

STEM is located in our £25 million flagship Centre for Biomolecular Sciences (CBS) alongside world-leading physical scientists, chemists, bacteriologists and cancer biologists. Our goal is to foster entirely new opportunities to maximise progression and translation of the stem cell field.
