* Please note that the Student Services Centre at University Park will be closed between 12.30 - 1.30 pm this Friday (20th June 2014). Other than this hour, we are open from 9.30 - 5.00 pm as usual *

Support for your Studies

Academic Support provide a personal and practical approach to academic study. The service also provides specialist academic support for students with dyslexia, dyspraxia and other specific learning differences. (UK) 

Disability Support co-ordinates support and access arrangements for disabled students and those with long term medical conditions. (UK)

Financial Support

We provide information on the sources of finance available from Government agencies and the University itself, and advice about financial matters. Tools for budgeting and planning are also available.

Childcare Services

We are a service for staff members and full time students at the University of Nottingham. We see our role as providing children with an environment that promotes optimum physical, cognitive, emotional, social, moral and spiritual development, whilst supporting family friendly work/study policies. Waiting lists are long, therefore early application is advised.

Counselling Service

Counselling

 

We are a service for students who are registered with the University of Nottingham. We aim to support students by offering free, confidential, professional help with any personal, emotional or mental health problems they may experience whilst at the University. The Counselling Service is based in Trent Building and is open all year except for weekends, bank holidays and University closure days.
