Asking for help

All libraries have Service Points/Reference Desks where you can ask for help and advice on any topic. Specialist library staff will be able to help you find and search the relevant information resources for your needs. You can also enquire online or by phone using the Library Helpline.

Library staff can also be contacted via email or by phone:

The Manuscripts and Special Collections website gives details on how to contact staff. It is usually recommended that you contact staff in advance of your visit.
