Typical support from companies

Here are some examples of how companies offer philanthropic support to the University

Every company will have a slightly different objective and focus for its philanthropic activities. The level of gift ranges from £1,000 to over £10,000,000.

A majority of companies are interested in supporting bespoke student scholarships as well as the University’s Widening Participation programme, to ensure that all students, independent of financial situation, can enjoy a University experience.

Increasingly, businesses are also finding it easier to justify the provision of in-kind contributions, including staff time, expertise, or equipment.
Our focus is on delivery and goals. By helping us with specific focused problems as well as long-term thinking and research, The University of Nottingham is the ideal partner to help us achieve our aims.
