International applicants

International students who have taken examinations other than A levels or the International Baccalaureate Diploma should arrange for their results to be sent to the Admissions Office.

Certificates and transcripts will be accepted by email only if they are sent by a school or college, or one of our official representatives. Copies should be sent to: results@nottingham.ac.uk

If this is not possible, applicants should send hard copies of their results which have been stamped and signed as true copies by a Notary Public (a professional who has authority to certify legal documents), the British Council or one of our official representatives.

Please do not send originals as they will be needed for visa applications.

It is recommended that hard copies of results are sent to the Admissions Office via courier to the following address:

If your IB results have narrowly missed the conditions of your offer, or you would like to discuss taking a different course at The University of Nottingham, please contact the International Office:

A level

If you have taken A level examinations and have received your results earlier than the official results day, please note that we are unable to update your application status until the official results day.
