Biography

Eleanor Wood graduated from Manchester University in 1999 with a BSc (Hons) in Molecular Biology. She then obtained a PGCE from the University of Reading in 2000 and her PhD from the Universiry of Cambridge in 2004. A year teaching Science in a secondary school preeceded her PhD, and in 2005 Eleanor relocated to New Zealand to work at a secondary college teaching A Level Biology and Chemistry.
