Maternal phenylketonuria (MPKU) is a teratogenic syndrome, caused by development of offspring in a uterine environment made toxic by the metabolic imbalance of PKU. There is a lunette with two udjat-eyes above two water ripples with a shen-symbol between. Inscribed in five rows of hieroglyphs facing to the right is a hotep-di-nesw offering formula for the retainer Ibi, son of Iret. Below the text is a representation of the deceased seated before an offering table, sniffing a lotus.
The stela is precisely incised and the back is smoothed.
