Woman's Building History: Mother Art
Mother Art was a collective of 8 women artists working on social and political issues, using performance, video, photography, installation and personal narratives. As mothers, they addressed issues that affect women and children. They were active from 1973-1986.

Biologiste américain, Peter Agre s’est très tôt orienté vers la recherche médicale. En 1991, il isole la première protéine capable de faciliter les mouvements de l'eau à travers une membrane biologique, l’aquaporine. Cette découverte lui vaudra en 2003 le Prix Nobel de chimie.
A l'occasion de cette conférence, il revient, non sans humour, sur ces années d’engagement et de combat pour la recherche scientifique.
