to implement them. That includes line managers, team leaders, external HR service

Implement customer service strategies
This task is about implementing strategies to ensure the delivery of
quality products and services that satisfy both internal and external customers. In the
learning pack we will discuss a number of skills and approaches that you can use to manage
the implementation process successfully.
