Why study Karl Rahner, with Karen Kilby
In this episode of the 'Why Study' series, Dr.Karen Kilby is one of the world's foremost authorities on the work of the German theologian Karl Rahner (1904-84) whose work had a profound influence in the later decades of the twentieth century. Here she identifies key elements of his thought and suggests that these are still valuable insights for Christian thinkers.

Absolute Value Inequalities
This video describes how knowledge of absolute values and solving inequalities are necessary for solving an absolute value inequality. Absolute value inequalities can have one or two variables. Solving and graphing absolute value inequalities with two variables is also a skill that math teachers require students to master in Algebra I. (1:41)
Ways to tie your shoelaces
This video is not silly, it shows how to use the Ian Knott to tie shoes faster and that hold better. It would be ideal for primary teachers as well as coaches.
Searching for a nominee

Providing feedback in web-based learning
In distance learning supported by LMS, it is extremely important to provide automated or partially automated feedback about learning outcomes to students as well as feedback about the efficiency and quality of teaching and learning to teachers and to management of the institution that provides web-based learning courses. In this article, we present the solutions implemented in the LMS eCampus that are theoretically grounded and have been proved in praxis.

Teaching for good behaviour
The quality of our teaching inevitably has an impact on the behaviour of our students. This unit considers some of the factors that can contribute to misbehaviour in the classroom and some of the steps that we can take as teachers to re-engage students with the learning process. This unit considers the format of lessons, how lessons are delivered, how to present lesson content in an interesting and creative way, and the development of "engaging lessons".
Absolute Value Graphing
Graphing inequalities with two variables can be tricky and is made even more tricky when we graph inequalities with two variables and absolute value. This video explains, With absolute value graphing, if the inequality is similar to the equation of a line, then we get a V shape, and we shade above or below the V. This is very similar to graphing inequalities with two variables. The difference is that we are graphing inequalities with absolute values which makes the V-shape. (3:21)
Constructing a Perpendicular Bisector
When looking at a line segment, there is only one line that will pass through the midpoint that will be a constant distance between the two endpoints. This line is called the perpendicular bisector. This video explains how to construct the perpendicular bisector by first finding the midpoint of the line segment and then using a compass and straight edge to draw the perpendicular line.
