In this video, Dr. Andrew Kramer demonstrates his procedure of placing a 3-piece inflatable prosthesis, used to treat sexual dysfunction (impotence). This technique is done is about 20 minutes and the device never touches the skin. Dr. Kramer is the Director of sexual medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
