The Honourable Donald Tsang, chief executive of Hong Kong, spoke at the JFK Forum and answered a number of questions from the audience. He discussed the peaceful coexistence of two politically different systems, Hong Kong and mainland China, and how both have benefitted from each other. He also addressed some of the problems in Hong Kong today.
