This documentary traces the history of India through the great thinkers
and doers of the past.
An excllent interactive site where you can see a visual history of the ship and the aftermath of its date with infamy. Students can follow along and even tour the ship using this site's selections. This would be excellent if the teacher divided the class into three sections and had each one report about what they learned from the three sections of the site.
The push for sustainable clean energy as a key driver of developed economies, set against a backdrop of depleted natural resources, may paint a bleak picture for future generations. But according to Philippe Joubert, Executive Vice President of Alstom and President of its Power Sector, that’s not necessarily so, if you know how to properly harness the environment.
This animated video shows a very basic explanation of the first Europeans that landed in what is now Canada. It explores a couple of the reasons Canada was so important and can provide an excellent primary introduction to Canadian history for younger viewers. (1:26)

In the course of the Iraq War, citizens in Japan, singly or in groups, have been taking the state to court alleging violation of the "no war" clause of the Constitution in deploying Self-Defense Force troops. Feminist labor lawyer Michiko Nakajima led a group of 15 women plaintiffs in one such suit. This
