Defining Federalism
Federalism is a system in which two or more governments share power over the same constituents. Ultimate political authority, or sovereignty, is shared between the governments. The national government is supreme and holds powers on certain issues, and the state governments have the same sovereignty over different issues. Time domain method for accurate non-destructive determination of concrete pavement thickness (A)
The material in this thesis focuses on the problem of accurately determining the thickness of a concrete pavement layer via non-destructive means.
