This video explains the rules for correctly using quotation marks in writing. Quotation marks are a type of punctuation used around direct quotations and titles of short works. When using quotations, it is important to remember that punctuation generally goes inside of quotation marks. If there is a quote within a quote, single quote marks should be used.
