Eastman Kodak - History of Photography - BBC
This nine minute video provides an overview of how
George Eastman impacted photography with his inventions. He also created the camera which he called Kodak and was first offered for
sale in 1888 and in the 1900s he created the Brownie a small and inexpensive cameras that was actually created for children it
was sold for a dollar. The end of the video needs to be carefully reviewed as it drifts from the topic.
World's Oldest Known Melody, Mesopotamia c.1400BC!
"This unique video, features my arrangement for solo lyre, of the 3400 year old "Hurrian Hymn no.6", which was discovered in Ugarit in Syria in the early 1950..." This 5:42 music video has excellent sound quality and photos from the period and region of the music. The accompanying note is very informative and well-written and takes about as long to read as the music plays. (05:42)
