Grapevine High School senior Kyle Wahl received a surprise visit from Texas Tech President Guy Bailey. Dr. Bailey came to Kyle's school to announce Kyle was the first person accepted into Tech's 2012 fall class. Along with that announcement came another surprise - Kyle received a $16,000 scholarship.
