Pieneman - General Sir Colin Halkett N070448 APSLEY HOUSE, London. General Sir Colin Halkett (1774-1856) sketch by Jan Willem PIENEMAN in 1821 (WM 1470-1948). In 1815 at the Battle of Waterloo Major-General Halkett commanded 5th Brigade in General von Alten's 3rd Division. He was wounded four times during the course of the battle.
