Mike Shara, curator in the Department of Astrophysics at the American Museum of Natural History, sat down with Tommaso Treu, physics professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, to discuss the importance of understanding super massive black holes and dark matter at the 217th American Astronomical Society meeting in Seattle, Washington.
