2012 Valpo Independent Robot Team
The Valparaiso Independent Robot Team (VIRT) competed in the 25th Annual Jerry Sanders Creative Design Competition at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on March 10 and 11. African Penguins
Keshia and Ashley work at the New Jersey State Aquarium. They give tours and know a lot about the African penguins. Keshia noticed that the curators add puzzles to some of the aquarium's other exhibits. The puzzles seem to enrich the animals' day and increase positive behaviors. They thought adding things to one of their favorite exhibits, the African penguins, might affect their behavior, too. (7:47)
