You could use templates to begin the process of reflection. Here is a two stage template you can modify for your own use; Stage 1: A very personal consideration of events etc. You may only want to keep this for yourself to see. Stage 2: Translating your feeling and thoughts into a record that can be shown to others together with extended analysis. The entries do not need to be large but related to the topic.
