Bishop Rhoades Mass of Thanksgiving
Notre Dame celebrated the arrival of Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades of Fort Wayne/South Bend with a Mass of thanksgiving on Feb. 9, 2010 in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart.
Bishop Rhoades presided and preached at the Mass, which was concelebrated by Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., Notre Dame's president, and other priests from the Notre Dame community. Sacred music for the Mass was provided by the Notre Dame Liturgical Choir.

Investigating Committee regarding his actions as Commander of Naval forces at the time of the Japanese attack. This is a short clip of his testimony, included as the first item in a 14 January 1946. Some language should be reviewed. A great video to show after the study of this event is done by students.
