Penn Transit Open House
Penn Transit at the University of Pennsylvania invites the campus community to an open house at its newly recycled facilities at 34th Street and Grays Ferry Avenue from 1 to 3 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 23. Complimentary transportation is available at any Penn Transit stop during that time. The transportation service relocated to the former site of the DuPont Co.'s Marshall Laboratory in December 2010 and was able to reuse and repurpose a lot of the furnishings and materials as well as the buildings.
