Earth Rocks!
The purpose of this lesson is to introduce students to the basic elements of our Earth's crust: rocks, soils and minerals. They learn how we categorize rocks, soils and minerals and how they are literally the foundation for our civilization. Students also explore how engineers use rocks, soils and minerals to create the buildings, roads, vehicles, electronics, chemicals, and other objects we use to enhance our lives.

He also complained of numbness and "pins and needles" sensation in the upper extremities with clumsiness and decreased dexterity in his right hand. He did not have neck or radicular pain and had no bowel or bladder problems or sexual dysfunction, but did have some urinary urgency.

Clownfish in sea anemone
The sea anemone allows the clownfish to hide in its tentacles. Sea anemones normally sting organisms that get too close. This is a commensalistic relationship because the clownfish benefits while the anemone is neither harmed nor helped.
