LSE experts with very different answers to these questions will battle it out in an open forum. Professor Michael Cox is Co- Director of LSE IDEAS and Professor of International Relations at LSE. Professor Westad is a professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an expert on Chinese international affairs.
