On Jan 20, 2011, Dr. Diane L. Spatz of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia joined U.S. Surgeon General Regina Benjamin for her release of "The Surgeon General's Call to Action to Support Breastfeeding."
