Time division duplex-wideband code division multiplex (TDD-WCDMA)
Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) has been used in cellular communications area, e.g., in the second generation mobile phones since early 1990’s. Wideband CDMA (WCDMA) is a newer and faster radio technology used in the third generation mobile phones. A Frequency Division Duplexing WCDMA (FDD-WCDMA) has already been employed.
