Purdue engineering students and faculty began experimenting with radio as early as 1910. In 1922 a broadcast license was issued to a Purdue radio station and given the call letters WBAA. For the last 90 years it's been on the air broadcasting a wide variety of programming to the Purdue community and beyond.
