Highbrow: a Textual Annotation Browser
Highbrow is an interactive web-based visualization that plots the density of annotations from multiple sources (including dynamic full-text search) onto literary works. It provides a quick, high level overview of the areas of the text that are of most interest to different commentators or contain certain search terms, and then shows increasingly detailed information about these regions as the user zooms in.

Inscriptio allows eligible patrons to apply for their preferred carrel based on a map of locations and current availability similar to an airline seating choice map. A wait list would also be maintained using this tool with information being automatically sent to patrons when their match was confirmed.
