In this video, Huckle and Lowly learn about maps. They are trying to find the fair. Find all different places on a map. They show us the land, oceans, river, and mountains. There are maps of cities-shows you all the places you want to go. Maps will show you where you are. This is a great teaching resource for the early childhood classroom and/or for special education students. This could easily work in conjunction with a thematic unit on community helpers (1:06).
