This simulation shows a protein folding simulation of TRPCage (an artificially designed protein) running in implicit solvent. The simulation shows a single Intel E5462 2.80GHz CPU versus an NVIDIA C1060 GPU.

The understanding of the folding mechanisms of single domain proteins is an essential step in the understanding of protein folding in general. Recently, we developed a mesoscopic CABS protein model which was successfully applied in protein structure prediction, studies of protein thermodynamics and modeling of protein complexes. Dr. Skateboard's Action Science is designed to incorporate classroom activities that focus on concepts in physical science along with action sports, including skateboarding and Bicycle Motocross (BMX). Dr. Robertson acts as both the narrator and a performer in the series, which also includes top extreme athletes in BMX and skateboarding. Promoting Responsibility: The Case of Insurance Regulation

Yad Vashem is so much more than a Holocaust Memorial. It is an educational institute that seeks to educate about the Holocaust and anti-Semitism and related themes. Holocaust was the murder of 6 million Jews by Nazis and their collaborators. Many factors contributed to the mass murder including centuries of Christian anti-Semitism in Europe. Today Yad Vashem reaches out to Christians worldwide through educational programs and invites them to join the Christian Friends of Yad Vashem.
