Silkworm life cycle
Adult silkworms lay eggs to reproduce. Silkworm larvae hatch from these eggs. The larvae constantly eat only one thing- mulberry leaves. The larvae will spin silk cocoons for metamorphosis. The adults mate after emerging from the cocoon and the female will lay many small eggs.
Paper pulp

Un fil rouge relie les films de Kubrick qui sont autant d’avertissements en forme de fables : le rapport au coeur de chaque homme et dans la société entre une volonté de contrôle, l’affirmation de la raison et l’irruption de la passion, de la violence et du refoulé.

Dr. Chris Muhlstein explains that when scientists study fracture surfaces from controlled experiments to understand the resulting shapes and features, they can use their understanding to deduce what happened when they were not around to see the material fail or break. Further they can predict what will have to a larger or smaller piece of material under stress. This process is how scientists and engineers translate a lab experiment into a design for an airplane, bridge or even a bike frame.

NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory caught a comet passing directly in front of the Sun, the first time this has ever been seen. This is not a perspective effect: the comet really is just above the Sun's surface, and presumably evaporated shortly after these images were taken.
I recommend watching it at 720p (HD) at least.
This happened on July 5/6 2011. The detector sees in the extreme ultraviolet, well outside the human eye's range.
