• Without moving hips lift one leg by squeezing glute

Bridge to Plank
Teaching:
• Start in prone position with forearms on ground under shoulders
• Keep hips off ground head neutral toes dorsiflexed and core tight
Coaching:
• Walk hands into plank position
• Keep back flat and core tight
• Walk hands back to bridge position and repeat
