In this section you learn to make an appointment. Whilst listening you fill in the correct word in the correct sentence, after this you arrange the sentences in their correct order in the text. You indicate the expressions which show that you are (not) in agreement. Finally you listen to sentences and decide whether or not they are questions or announcements.

Examining Genetic Diversity in Disjunct Populations using Random DNA Markers
Molecular biological techniques are used to study naturally occurring genetic variation, and have greatly facilitated the understanding of problems in many areas of biology. In this lab, we examine two populations of terrestrial isopods in the Family Armadillidiidae using Random Amplification of Polymorphic DNA (RAPD Analysis). RAPDs are robust and generally species-independent. Using this technique, we are able to detect and analyze genetic variation within and between two different populations
