Apattra was a Bachelor of Digital Media Honours student at UNSW's College of Fine Arts who won both the "Animal Logic Encouragement Award" and the "Autodesk Storm FX Award for Best 3D CGI Model" at the students' screening. It is unusual for a single work to win two prizes but the judges were unanimous.
