One factor that makes glioblastoma cancers so difficult to treat is that malignant cells from the tumors spread throughout the brain by following nerve fibers and blood vessels to invade new locations. Now, researchers have learned to hijack this migratory mechanism, turning it against the cancer by using a film of nanofibers thinner than human hair to lure tumor cells away. This video describes the research and includes an animation showing how it would work.

The aim of this video lesson is to make it easier for students to understand an introduction to the concept of Multiple Regression Analysis, MRA, based on a property valuation setting. In order to facilitate students’ understanding, a scaffolding method is used whereby students are first exposed to basic equations. Over the course of the lesson, students are led to understand how MRA can be used to solve problems involving more than two equations.
