Memory Technique: The Planets in Order From the Sun
This student-created video explains using a sentence as a memory technique for learning the planets in order from the sun. My very excellent mother just saw us napping is the sentence used. The first letter of each word is the first letter of a planet ( My=Mercury, Very=Venus), etc. ( This technique is different from more traditional methods which included Pluto.
