Lisa Rayburn-Parks, administrative services coordinator for the Department of Sociology at the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, has been with the university for 20 years. MUSC receives the 2010 ASHP Award
MUSC received the 2010 Award for Excellence in Medication-Use Safety from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The award recognizes on a national level pharmacy professionals who have assumed a leadership role in promoting safety in the medication-use process. This national professional organization recognized the Pharmacy team at the Medical University of South Carolina for their work in optimizing medication use and outcomes in kidney transplant patients.
