The last thing you need in class is "down time". Students without a task do nothing, but get into trouble. See this tip to see how you can combat "down time". Mr. Smith uses extra copies of pages that the class has already done. He puts them into the "pizza pages" basket. Students write a "P" on the paper so Mr. Smith will know that it is a pizza page. Students turn in their pages to a real pizza box. At the end of the month, Mr. Smith chooses a paper and that student gets a prize. Great tip!! (
