If you prefer to travel by train, you need to get the London Underground (Tube) from Heathrow Airport to London St. Pancras Station. You should get on the Piccadilly Line (blue) at Heathrow Airport, which goes all of the way to St. Pancras Station (approximately 45 minutes). The rail operator Midland Mainline run a regular service to Nottingham from London St. Pancras which generally takes just under two hours.
