The 19th AR2TS will be an international forum for presenting and discussing recent advances made in the general area of reliability, risk, availability and maintainability. Contributions will be provided from both the university sector and from industry. It will be of benefit to both practitioners and academics involved in this field who want to keep in touch with the latest developments and perhaps through discussion, influence the future direction of work.

2010 sadly saw the passing of Bob Moss. Many of the attendees from ARTS, in its initial series or in its more recent form (AR2TS), will know Bob as a strong supporter of the event and also a regular presenter at the conferences.  Due to the significant contribution Bob made to the subject of risk and reliability engineering, and particularly to this conference series, it has been decided that the 19th AR2TS will be dedicated to his memory.
