Channel 4's Plans for Airing Season 3 |
The following is information passed on by Paul Harper to the umtsb5 newsgroup from Nicky Wood (C4's Film Buyer):
I've just spoken with Nicky Wood at Channel 4, and as they go to press today with the news, it's now official that season 3 will start at 18:00 on Sunday 14th April. The format will NOT be widescreen, but will be conventional 4x3 fullscreen format. But... There are discussions within Channel 4 for season 3 to be re-shown later in the year in an un-edited late-night slot in widescreen! There's nothing concrete yet about this, but Nicky was happy for me to pass this on to you lot as a possible happening (mega :-) from me!) Also, she mentioned that the new Channel 4 web site (she didn't have the address) will have a Babylon 5 page, so we'll have to keep an eye out for that. Please spread this to other services (CIX, Compu$serve [except Brian's probably already posted the start date for season 4 on there!]) as you want. [Ed: ...] Regards, Paul.
NB: The start time is actually 6:05pm.
The following is Channel 4's previous line (from 10 Jan, again
